Lnotxicated provides cocktail, mocktail, and related content, tools (such as bar matching and batch scaling), and optional community features. Content is for informational and entertainment purposes. Always drink responsibly and follow local laws.

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use alcohol-related parts of the Service. You are responsible for complying with laws where you live.

If you create an account or submit content (recipes, comments, ratings), you must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not post unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive material. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute content you submit in connection with operating the Service.

The Lnotxicated name, branding, site design, and original editorial content are owned by us or our licensors. Established drink names and traditional recipes may be used in a descriptive way; that does not grant you rights in our presentation or software.

The Service may display third-party advertisements. Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies subject to your consent choices and their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party advertiser sites or offers.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Recipe results, ABV estimates, and matching tools may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lnotxicated and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
