Irish Coffee in a irish coffee glass

Irish Coffee

Irish Coffee is a classic Irish whiskey cocktail - simple syrup, cream, espresso in support, built in the glass. The proportions are the point: recognizable structure, not kitchen-sink improvisation.

Established named drink with documented provenance.
